This is a 5 day challenge of just 5 minutes a day, to facilitate a state of peace. The breathwork incorporates an open mouth exhalation, with a constricted throat to stimulate the vagus nerve, which then communicates with the parasympathetic nervous system. Feel a sense of empowerment that within each moment, you have the capacity to choose how you want to feel. Choose peace.
